Corporate presentation
Current corporate presentation for the Telegraph Mine Project, including the Gold Road strategic relationship, Phase 0 operating-proof strategy, mineralization framework, development milestones, and principal risk disclosures.
NI 43-101 technical report
Technical Report on the Telegraph Mine Gold Project prepared by D.A. Hedderly-Smith, Ph.D., P.G., dated December 23, 2013. Historical estimates and conceptual targets should be read together with the technical disclosure on this site.
Development strategy
Mojave’s current strategy is to advance Telegraph through gated phases: processing-framework development, compatibility testing, Phase 0 permitting/readiness, Phase 0 operating proof, resource-oriented technical work, and future scale-up decisions.
Technical & project data
Telegraph has an extensive historical data package, including drilling, surface sampling, trenching, historical production records, geological studies, and current 3D visualizations.
Telegraph 3D Model
Interactive 3D view of drill holes, assays, and surface/subsurface samples. This is intended to help users visualize the relationship between historic workings, drilling, surface samples, and the Hill 2 target area.
View 3D ModelExploration database summary
Telegraph’s historical database includes 159 drill holes, 1,500+ assayed samples, 300+ surface samples, 16 trenches, and 80+ trench assays. Additional database materials and supporting visualizations may be available through a controlled technical review process.

Historical production records report 2,749 tons processed, 2,559 ounces of gold recovered, and 5,423 ounces of silver recovered through 1948, for an average reported grade of approximately 0.93 oz/ton Au and 1.97 oz/ton Ag.
View historic mining →Permitting & land status
Telegraph’s patented claims, long-term mineral lease, and vested mining-rights posture are central to the development thesis. Surface mining activities remain subject to applicable approvals, reclamation planning, and financial assurances.
Vested mining rights
San Bernardino County has recognized mineral resource development on the Telegraph patented claims as a legally established conforming land use based on a pre-existing vested right. Surface mining activities remain subject to SMARA reclamation plan and financial assurance requirements.
View permitting strategy →Patented claims & mineral lease
Mojave controls the mining and development rights to the Telegraph, South Telegraph, and Telegraph Extension patented claims through a long-term mineral lease. The lease supports exploration, mining, offsite processing, and phased development subject to applicable regulatory approvals.
View project highlights →Access & site logistics
Telegraph is located approximately 200 yards from I-15 by direct distance and is accessed through a historic 2.5-mile mining road. Phase 0 planning includes access-road documentation, site controls, reclamation planning, and operating procedures.
View critical path →Gold Road relationship
Mojave and Gold Road signed a non-binding LOI dated May 19, 2026. Public-facing disclosure concerning the proposed relationship remains subject to the parties’ disclosure approval requirements and definitive documentation.
Gold Road LOI summary
The LOI contemplates a potential toll processing relationship and strategic relationship, subject to due diligence, ore compatibility and permit compatibility review, definitive agreements, required approvals, and board approvals by both parties.
View Gold Road strategy →Critical next steps
The near-term execution path is to complete definitive agreements, conduct compatibility review, finalize operating and settlement procedures, obtain Phase 0 approvals and financial assurances, and prepare for Phase 0 mining and ore delivery.
View near-term path →Relationship disclosure
No binding obligation to complete any processing arrangement, ore delivery, ore acceptance, strategic relationship, or related transaction exists unless and until definitive agreements are approved and executed by the applicable parties.
Read legal disclosure →Media & supporting materials
Site imagery, field photography, maps, project visuals, videos, and other supporting materials are available to help site visitors, technical reviewers, strategic partners, and other project stakeholders understand Telegraph’s setting, access, workings, and development plan.
